Chansons oubliees ou presque

Chansons oubliees ou presque is at position 148 of the 710 stations in France with pages here, inside the top quarter of the national listing. That is high enough to be reached by browsing rather than by searching, which is how most of these pages are actually found.

Chansons oubliees ou presque has no language recorded in the directory. We do not infer one. Guessing from the country would put every station in France on the same shelf regardless of what it broadcasts, which is exactly the kind of filled-in blank that makes a directory untrustworthy.

The station's leading tag is chansons françaises, shared with 7 other entries in France. It is a well populated tag here without being one of the country's defining ones, which is a common and unremarkable place for a station to sit.

128 kbps matches France's median almost exactly. Most stations cluster here because most of them are using the same handful of hosting providers with the same default settings.

Its audio comes straight from manager7.streamradio.fr:2580, an address unique to this entry in France's listing. That is the simplest case there is, and it is the one where pressing play tells you the whole truth about whether the station is on air.
