Talk to a person
There is no support queue, no ticket number and no chatbot. Email reaches the small team in Sydney that builds the player, maintains the directory behind these pages and writes the pages themselves.

One desk, one address
Write to
One address for everything: a station that will not play, a correction to the directory, a broadcaster's request, a Pro unlock, or a question about how any of this is put together.
- Answered by a person, usually within a working day, Sydney time
- A correction to the directory is made in the data layer, so it holds through the next rebuild rather than until it
- No support queue, no ticket number and no chatbot

A station will not play
The most common message, and usually the fastest to settle without one. A stream that is offline, that has moved, or that a browser tab cannot open is a fact about the broadcaster rather than a fault here, and the support page walks through telling those apart in about a minute.
What to try first - 02
You run the station and want the listing changed
Corrections, a wrong country, a wrong logo, or removal from the directory altogether. Removal is honoured on request without an argument about it, and the broadcasters page sets out exactly what to send so nothing has to be asked twice.
For broadcasters - 03
A number or a fact on a page here is wrong
Genuinely useful, and worth the ten minutes. Every count on this site is computed from one snapshot rather than typed, so a fault in one figure is usually a fault in the layer that produces all of them, across 180 country pages and 30 language shelves at once. Send the page and the line.
Where the figures come from - 04
A country or a language is missing
Some are missing on purpose and the rule is published rather than hidden: a country with too few playable stations gets no page instead of a one row table, and a language nothing in the directory names cannot be given a shelf. If yours is absent and you think the data says otherwise, that is worth knowing.
The exclusion rules - 05
World Radio Pro on Chrome
Restoring an unlock on a new machine, working out which address it was bought with, or a refund. The support page answers the first two directly. Refunds go through the payment processor rather than through us, and we can still help you find out what happened.
Restoring a purchase - 06
Press, republishing and the data behind this
Same address, and it reaches the people who build this. The station directory itself is an open community database we did not build and do not own, so the interesting question is usually what we did to it rather than what is in it, and that is written down.
Who publishes this
This website has no server behind it. It is static pages on Cloudflare, which is exactly why the privacy policy can say that the site sends Google Analytics nothing you type: there is nowhere on it to type anything. A contact form would need somewhere to post to, and we would rather keep the promise than have the text box.
Pressing play is the one thing on this site that reaches out, and it reaches the broadcaster rather than us. Your browser opens the station's own stream address directly, so nothing about your listening passes through here, and there is no log of it for anyone to ask us for.
MomentumLab AI Pty Ltd, a small software studio in Sydney, Australia. We publish this website and we make the World Radio Player extension for Chrome, which is the obvious reason to read anything here with some suspicion. The about page sets out who publishes this, where the station data comes from, and the standard these pages are held to.
The station directory carries 30,390 unique playable streams in the current snapshot and 14,425 of them have a page of their own here. If one of those pages is wrong, the address above is how it gets fixed, and how this directory is built explains what a fix actually changes.

- Every language30 language shelves, with the countries each one reaches.

Nothing here is gated, and nothing here asks who you are
Every country page and every language shelf plays in the browser you already have, with no install and no account. The Chrome door is for the people who want the radio in their toolbar.
This station would not play in your browser.
