YFm Accra

YFm Accra is deep in Ghana's listing, at 51 of 58. Down here the ordering barely orders anything: the difference between one position and the next is often a single recorded open, so treat the neighbours below as a shelf rather than as a ranking.

The open count against YFm Accra is one, which is enough to know the stream has been played through the directory and not enough to compare it with anything. Small counts are the normal case out here, and a ranking built from them separates stations by luck as much as by interest.

The country's dial has two sizeable languages on it and this station is on the smaller one. 54 entries in Ghana broadcast in Akan, against a listing whose commonest language is English.

Akan radio in this directory sits largely in Belgium, with 55 stations on the shelf in total. This page's station is one of the entries that make the shelf wider than any single country.

A entertainment station on a dial where entertainment is one of the commonest tags: 16 entries in Ghana lead with it. The tags are broadcaster-supplied throughout, so read the count as how Ghana's broadcasters describe themselves.

Its audio comes from atunwadigital.streamguys1.com. Five other stations in Ghana stream from the same host, which is a smaller sharing than the big platforms and often means the same people run them all.
