Mandalika Radio Lombok

Mandalika Radio Lombok sits in the tail of Indonesia's 212 entries. The tail is the part of a directory that goes missing first, and it is the part worth keeping: the head of every country's list is the same handful of national broadcasters, and everything that makes a dial local is behind them.

Mandalika Radio Lombok has a zero in the directory's open count. It is the least interesting number on this page and the one most likely to be misread, so it is worth being plain: it measures traffic through radio-browser, not audience.

The language field is empty for this entry. It is left empty here too rather than filled from the country, because the shelves on this site are only worth using if what is on them was actually declared.

AAC+ here, on a dial that carries four different formats. A mixed codec listing usually means a country whose stations are hosted in several different places rather than through one dominant provider.

Its audio comes straight from stream.mandalikafmlombok.com, an address unique to this entry in Indonesia's listing. That is the simplest case there is, and it is the one where pressing play tells you the whole truth about whether the station is on air.
