Nueva Q

Nueva Q ranks 22 among 119 stations in Peru. High enough that the country hub carries it in its own tables, and far enough from the head that the neighbours below are a genuinely different set of stations from the famous ones.

Nueva Q has no language recorded in the directory. We do not infer one. Guessing from the country would put every station in Peru on the same shelf regardless of what it broadcasts, which is exactly the kind of filled-in blank that makes a directory untrustworthy.

AAC here, on a dial that carries three different formats. A mixed codec listing usually means a country whose stations are hosted in several different places rather than through one dominant provider.

Nueva Q publishes an HLS stream. That is a modern and perfectly good way to broadcast, and it is also why the button on this page may not start it: HLS needs a player that can read a playlist and fetch segments, which a browser audio tag does not do on its own.
