MCBN Radio

In the Philippines' ordering this is number 43 of 116, which is the middle of the list. The stations either side of it are a better guide to what the country sounds like than the head of the list is, because the head is the same few famous streams in every country.

With four recorded opens, MCBN Radio sits in the part of the directory where the numbers stop discriminating. The station's position in the Philippines' list should be read as approximate for exactly that reason.

MCBN Radio has no language recorded in the directory. We do not infer one. Guessing from the country would put every station in the Philippines on the same shelf regardless of what it broadcasts, which is exactly the kind of filled-in blank that makes a directory untrustworthy.

MCBN Radio streams at 128 kbps, above the Philippines' median of 96 kbps. It sits with the 45% of the country's stations that reach 128 kbps or better, which is the line this site uses for a stream worth listening to properly rather than in the background.

Its audio comes straight from usa5.fastcast4u.com, an address unique to this entry in the Philippines' listing. That is the simplest case there is, and it is the one where pressing play tells you the whole truth about whether the station is on air.
