Radio Eska Tarnów

Radio Eska Tarnów sits in the tail of Poland's 228 entries. The tail is the part of a directory that goes missing first, and it is the part worth keeping: the head of every country's list is the same handful of national broadcasters, and everything that makes a dial local is behind them.

With one recorded open, Radio Eska Tarnów sits in the part of the directory where the numbers stop discriminating. The station's position in Poland's list should be read as approximate for exactly that reason.

No language is recorded against this station. The field is optional in the public directory and a great many entries skip it, so an empty language says nothing about what you will hear when you press play. It does keep the station off the language shelves, since a shelf built on guesses would be worse than a shelf with holes.

The stream is served from ic1.smcdn.pl, an address one other entry in Poland uses as well. A small shared host is usually a group of stations under one owner or one technical provider rather than a platform.

Radio Eska Tarnów keeps its own site at tarnow.eska.pl. The address sits under Poland's country code, which lines up with where the directory says the station broadcasts from.
