Radio Sound TM

At position 200 of 216, this is one of the stations in Romania that almost nobody arrives at by browsing. That is the case for having a page at all. A station reachable only by knowing its name is a station most directories lose.

No opens have been recorded against Radio Sound TM in the public directory. Plenty of working stations sit at zero, because the count only rises when somebody plays the stream from a client that reports back, and most listening never touches the directory at all.

Radio Sound TM shares its leading tag, drum and bass, with one other Romania entry. Across every country the directory has 10 stations leading with it, so the rail below is mostly a trip abroad.

Twice the local median and then some: 256 kbps where Romania's stations typically manage 128. Whether you can hear the difference depends entirely on what you are listening on, but the headroom is there.

Radio Sound TM streams in AAC while most of Romania's dial is MP3. Codec choice is mostly invisible to a listener, and it is one of the clearest fingerprints of which hosting provider a station uses, since providers default their customers into a format and few customers ever change it.
