Play Radio Urban

Play Radio Urban sits in the tail of Serbia's 128 entries. The tail is the part of a directory that goes missing first, and it is the part worth keeping: the head of every country's list is the same handful of national broadcasters, and everything that makes a dial local is behind them.

One recorded open in the public directory. That is a trace rather than a measurement, and it is the reason this page describes where the station sits rather than how popular it is.

Play Radio Urban broadcasts in Serbian, which is the language most of Serbia's stations in the directory use. The country's listing records four languages in total, so the Serbian stations are the body of the dial rather than the whole of it.

The dance corner of Serbia's dial is three stations deep in this snapshot. Small clusters like that are usually the most rewarding thing on a country page, because they are what the national broadcasters at the top of the list are not.

Its audio comes from stream.playradio.rs:8443. Three other stations in Serbia stream from the same host, which is a smaller sharing than the big platforms and often means the same people run them all.

Play Radio Urban keeps its own site at playradio.rs. The address sits under Serbia's country code, which lines up with where the directory says the station broadcasts from.
