The directory states no bitrate for this stream, so there is nothing to draw here. The field is filled from what a stream's own server announces when it is scanned, and plenty of servers announce nothing.
Rank 42 of 57 in Taiwan. What that mostly measures is how many people have already found the station through this directory, which is a poor proxy for anything else and an honest one to publish.
Two recorded opens in the public directory. That is a trace rather than a measurement, and it is the reason this page describes where the station sits rather than how popular it is.
No language is recorded against this station. The field is optional in the public directory and a great many entries skip it, so an empty language says nothing about what you will hear when you press play. It does keep the station off the language shelves, since a shelf built on guesses would be worse than a shelf with holes.
領袖廣播 reports no bitrate to the directory. Rather than print a zero or invent an average, the page says nothing, which is the same policy every empty field on this site gets.
Its audio comes straight from n14.rcs.revma.com, an address unique to this entry in Taiwan's listing. That is the simplest case there is, and it is the one where pressing play tells you the whole truth about whether the station is on air.

領袖廣播 is one of 63 playable stations the catalogue lists in Taiwan, and one of the smaller number that say where in the country they transmit from.
These are counts of what people did inside the public radio-browser catalogue and the apps that read it, over the whole life of the entry. They are not our own figures and they are not an audience measurement: most entries in this catalogue sit under five all-time plays, so a small number here means the catalogue has little to say about this station rather than that nobody listens to it.
Broadcast by 領袖廣播. Stream served directly by the broadcaster. Their own site is at fm937fm.com.
Station details come from the public radio-browser directory and are reproduced as recorded there. If you run this station and something here is wrong, or you would rather the page did not exist, write to us from the support page and we will fix or remove it.

Keep this one on and carry on reading. On Chrome the same player lives in the toolbar with 20,000+ stations behind it and survives a tab change.
