Crown FM

Crown FM sits second among the 10 stations in Tanzania with pages here, close enough to the head of the list that most people browsing the country reach it early.

The directory records no language for Crown FM. That gap is common and it is upstream of this site: broadcasters fill the field or they do not, and roughly a third of the stations with pages here have left it empty. It means the station appears on its country hub and not on any language shelf, which is the one place the omission costs it.

128 kbps matches Tanzania's median almost exactly. Most stations cluster here because most of them are using the same handful of hosting providers with the same default settings.

The stream is served from radio.crownmedia.co.tz:8443, which no other entry in Tanzania uses in this snapshot. Nothing else in the listing shares its fate: if this address stops answering it is this broadcaster's own outage, and if it plays, it plays.

Their site is crownmedia.co.tz, a domain registered in Tanzania. Where a station's own address and its listed country agree, the entry is a little more trustworthy than one where they do not.
