Radyo Sarıkamış

At position 237 of 369, this is one of the stations in Türkiye that almost nobody arrives at by browsing. That is the case for having a page at all. A station reachable only by knowing its name is a station most directories lose.

With two recorded opens, Radyo Sarıkamış sits in the part of the directory where the numbers stop discriminating. The station's position in Türkiye's list should be read as approximate for exactly that reason.

This is a Kurdish station in a country whose directory presence is led by Turkish. 13 entries in Türkiye broadcast in Kurdish, which is a small group and a coherent one, and browsing it is a different experience from browsing the country.

There is no Kurdish shelf on this site: the language sits below the cut for one in the current snapshot. The country hub carries the station instead, which is the axis that covers every entry without exception.

At 128 kbps this is a typical stream for Türkiye by the one measure the directory carries.

The stream is served from live.radyositesihazir.com:8004, which no other entry in Türkiye uses in this snapshot. Nothing else in the listing shares its fate: if this address stops answering it is this broadcaster's own outage, and if it plays, it plays.
