Tarsus FM

Rank 251 of 369 in Türkiye. What that mostly measures is how many people have already found the station through this directory, which is a poor proxy for anything else and an honest one to publish.

Two recorded opens in the public directory. That is a trace rather than a measurement, and it is the reason this page describes where the station sits rather than how popular it is.

The language field is empty for this entry. It is left empty here too rather than filled from the country, because the shelves on this site are only worth using if what is on them was actually declared.

Tarsus FM is the only station in Türkiye whose first tag is country music, out of 369 with pages here. Tags come from the broadcasters themselves, so this says the station describes itself in a way no other entry in Türkiye does, which is a narrower and more honest claim than saying it is the country's only country music station.

Its audio comes straight from tarsusfm.80.yayin.com.tr, an address unique to this entry in Türkiye's listing. That is the simplest case there is, and it is the one where pressing play tells you the whole truth about whether the station is on air.
