Люкс ФМ - Chill and Relax

At position 96 of 125, this is one of the stations in Ukraine that almost nobody arrives at by browsing. That is the case for having a page at all. A station reachable only by knowing its name is a station most directories lose.

Люкс ФМ - Chill and Relax is the only station in Ukraine whose first tag is chill, out of 125 with pages here. Tags come from the broadcasters themselves, so this says the station describes itself in a way no other entry in Ukraine does, which is a narrower and more honest claim than saying it is the country's only chill station.

Люкс ФМ - Chill and Relax streams at 128 kbps, under Ukraine's median of 192 kbps. A lower rate is not automatically worse: speech carries perfectly well below the music threshold, and a station built for phones on a weak connection has a good reason to encode this way.

The stream is served from lux.radio.tvstitch.com, an address five other entries in Ukraine use as well. A small shared host is usually a group of stations under one owner or one technical provider rather than a platform.

The station's own site is lux.fm. The .fm domain has nothing to do with FM radio or with where a station is: it belongs to the Federated States of Micronesia and has been sold to broadcasters worldwide for years, so read it as branding rather than as a location.
