Радіо FM Галичина

In Ukraine's ordering this is number 51 of 125, which is the middle of the list. The stations either side of it are a better guide to what the country sounds like than the head of the list is, because the head is the same few famous streams in every country.

With four recorded opens, Радіо FM Галичина sits in the part of the directory where the numbers stop discriminating. The station's position in Ukraine's list should be read as approximate for exactly that reason.

Радіо FM Галичина streams at 320 kbps, above Ukraine's median of 192 kbps. It sits with the 85% of the country's stations that reach 128 kbps or better, which is the line this site uses for a stream worth listening to properly rather than in the background.

Its audio comes straight from stream320.galychyna.fm, an address unique to this entry in Ukraine's listing. That is the simplest case there is, and it is the one where pressing play tells you the whole truth about whether the station is on air.

The station's own site is galychyna.fm. The .fm domain has nothing to do with FM radio or with where a station is: it belongs to the Federated States of Micronesia and has been sold to broadcasters worldwide for years, so read it as branding rather than as a location.
