Люкс ФМ - Українські хіти

Position 49 of 125 puts this station in the middle of Ukraine's directory presence. The middle is worth browsing precisely because the ordering has stopped sorting by fame and has not yet stopped sorting at all.

Nothing else in Ukraine's listing leads with ukraine. The tag is self-declared, which makes it a statement of how the broadcaster positions itself rather than a classification anyone audited, and on this dial that statement is unique.

Люкс ФМ - Українські хіти streams at 128 kbps, under Ukraine's median of 192 kbps. A lower rate is not automatically worse: speech carries perfectly well below the music threshold, and a station built for phones on a weak connection has a good reason to encode this way.

Its audio comes from lux.radio.tvstitch.com. Five other stations in Ukraine stream from the same host, which is a smaller sharing than the big platforms and often means the same people run them all.

The station's own site is lux.fm. The .fm domain has nothing to do with FM radio or with where a station is: it belongs to the Federated States of Micronesia and has been sold to broadcasters worldwide for years, so read it as branding rather than as a location.
