The directory states no bitrate for this stream, so there is nothing to draw here. The field is filled from what a stream's own server announces when it is scanned, and plenty of servers announce nothing.
Set out word by word, 吉林 is Jilin, 综合广播 is general broadcasting and 新闻 is news. That is the whole of the name, and it means the heading on this page is doing the work a genre tag usually has to do elsewhere in China.
Position 113 of 391 puts this station in the middle of China's directory presence. The middle is worth browsing precisely because the ordering has stopped sorting by fame and has not yet stopped sorting at all.
Information is one of China's headline genres in this directory, and 吉林新闻综合广播 is one of 19 stations there leading with it. The country hub prints the same tag near the top of its own list, so this station sits inside the country's main sound rather than off to one side.
吉林新闻综合广播 publishes an HLS stream. That is a modern and perfectly good way to broadcast, and it is also why the button on this page may not start it: HLS needs a player that can read a playlist and fetch segments, which a browser audio tag does not do on its own.
The stream is served from live-jlr.jlntv.cn, an address one other entry in China uses as well. A small shared host is usually a group of stations under one owner or one technical provider rather than a platform.

吉林新闻综合广播 is one of 1,213 playable stations the catalogue lists in China, and one of the smaller number that say where in the country they transmit from.
These are counts of what people did inside the public radio-browser catalogue and the apps that read it, over the whole life of the entry. They are not our own figures and they are not an audience measurement: most entries in this catalogue sit under five all-time plays, so a small number here means the catalogue has little to say about this station rather than that nobody listens to it.
Broadcast by 吉林新闻综合广播. Stream served directly by the broadcaster. Their own site is at www.jlntv.cn.
Station details come from the public radio-browser directory and are reproduced as recorded there. If you run this station and something here is wrong, or you would rather the page did not exist, write to us from the support page and we will fix or remove it.
Keep 吉林新闻综合广播 playing while you work
Streams like this one need a player that does more than a browser tab does. The Chrome extension carries 20,000+ stations, opens the formats a tab will not, and keeps playing while you get on with your work.
