DJ & Club Charts

Out of 1,409 entries in Germany, this one ranks 8. The upper quarter of a national list is an interesting place to be: well known enough to have accumulated opens, not so well known that it is the station everybody already had.

DJ & Club Charts carries 117 recorded opens in the public directory, which puts it among the small group of streams that directory clients open constantly. Counts at this level are rare: the great majority of the 14,425 stations with pages here are in single or double figures.

DJ & Club Charts is the only station in Germany whose first tag is #bewirbdich!, out of 1,409 with pages here. Tags come from the broadcasters themselves, so this says the station describes itself in a way no other entry in Germany does, which is a narrower and more honest claim than saying it is the country's only #bewirbdich! station.

The audio comes from breakz-2012-high.rautemusik.fm, and 8 other stations in Germany are served from the same address. That is a streaming platform carrying many broadcasters rather than a station running its own server, which is worth knowing for a practical reason: when a platform has a bad night, a whole block of Germany's listing stops answering at once and nothing is wrong with any of the stations in it.
