Technolovers ELECTRO HOUSE

Out of 1,409 entries in Germany, this one ranks 71. The upper quarter of a national list is an interesting place to be: well known enough to have accumulated opens, not so well known that it is the station everybody already had.

The directory counts 28 opens against this stream. That is well above Germany's median and it is the reason the station sits where it does on the country list, since the ordering is the count and nothing else.

Two stations in Germany lead with the tag club dance, and Technolovers ELECTRO HOUSE is one of them. That is a small enough group to hear end to end, and the tags are the broadcasters' own words rather than a classification imposed here.

At 192 kbps the stream is on the better side of Germany's dial, where the median is 128 kbps. Not dramatically so, and bitrate is only one of several things that decide whether a stream sounds good, but it is the one the directory records.

34 of Germany's entries are served from stream.technolovers.fm, this one among them. A shared host means a shared fate. If this stream is silent, the fastest check is not this station's own site but whether its neighbours on the same platform are playing.

Their address is technolovers.fm. A .fm address says the broadcaster wanted a radio sounding domain, not that the station is in Micronesia, which is where that domain actually comes from.
