Жаңа Lounge

This is one of the quieter entries in Kazakhstan's listing, at 19 of 24. Stations at this depth are usually community, religious or single genre broadcasters rather than national networks, and the country's numbered pages are the only route to them.

This is a English station in a country whose directory presence is led by Kazakh. Seven entries in Kazakhstan broadcast in English, which is a small group and a coherent one, and browsing it is a different experience from browsing the country.

The English shelf on this site collects every station in the language regardless of where it transmits from, and the directory's English entries are concentrated in United States, United Arab Emirates and United Kingdom. Reading the shelf next to this page is the quickest way to see how far the language's dial actually reaches.

Lounge is the station's own leading tag and no other entry in Kazakhstan uses it that way. Worth reading as self-description: the directory takes tags as broadcasters type them and does not reconcile them.

Its audio comes from live.zhanafm.kz:8443. Four other stations in Kazakhstan stream from the same host, which is a smaller sharing than the big platforms and often means the same people run them all.
