Onda Tenerife

One word in the name is ordinary Spanish rather than branding: Onda is wave. Worth a line for anyone reading a list of stations in a language they do not have.

In Spain's ordering this is number 268 of 487, which is the middle of the list. The stations either side of it are a better guide to what the country sounds like than the head of the list is, because the head is the same few famous streams in every country.

Two recorded opens in the public directory. That is a trace rather than a measurement, and it is the reason this page describes where the station sits rather than how popular it is.

Among 487 stations in Spain here, this is the only one that puts smooth first. The smooth rail below therefore leaves the country entirely, which is the more interesting direction to travel from a page like this.

Its audio comes from radioserver11.profesionalhosting.com. One other station in Spain streams from the same host, which is a smaller sharing than the big platforms and often means the same people run them all.

Onda Tenerife keeps its own site at radio-espana.es. The address sits under Spain's country code, which lines up with where the directory says the station broadcasts from.
