Radio ROCKS Новий Рок 103.6FM HD

Radio ROCKS Новий Рок 103.6FM HD ranks 26 among 125 stations in Ukraine. High enough that the country hub carries it in its own tables, and far enough from the head that the neighbours below are a genuinely different set of stations from the famous ones.

This is a English station in a country whose directory presence is led by Ukrainian. 15 entries in Ukraine broadcast in English, which is a small group and a coherent one, and browsing it is a different experience from browsing the country.

Where else English is on air, according to the same snapshot: mostly United States, United Arab Emirates and United Kingdom. The shelf lists all 5,984 of them together, which is the view a country hub cannot give.

Nothing else in Ukraine's listing leads with alternative rock. The tag is self-declared, which makes it a statement of how the broadcaster positions itself rather than a classification anyone audited, and on this dial that statement is unique.

On the same tag worldwide it is 9 of 61, which is inside the top quarter of every alternative rock station the directory carries.

The stream is served from online.radioroks.ua, an address two other entries in Ukraine use as well. A small shared host is usually a group of stations under one owner or one technical provider rather than a platform.
