America's Country

In the United States' listing America's Country lands at 19 of 1,481, which puts it on the first or second page of the country hub rather than in its tail.

The directory counts 84 opens against this stream. That is well above the United States' median and it is the reason the station sits where it does on the country list, since the ordering is the count and nothing else.

Among 1,481 stations in the United States here, this is the only one that puts 2000's country first. The 2000's country rail below therefore leaves the country entirely, which is the more interesting direction to travel from a page like this.

The stream is AAC. the United States' dial is split across three formats rather than settled on one, with MP3 the commonest, so this station is on a well populated side of a genuinely mixed listing.

The audio comes from ais-sa2.cdnstream1.com, and 8 other stations in the United States are served from the same address. That is a streaming platform carrying many broadcasters rather than a station running its own server, which is worth knowing for a practical reason: when a platform has a bad night, a whole block of the United States' listing stops answering at once and nothing is wrong with any of the stations in it.
