At position 1064 of 1,481, this is one of the stations in the United States that almost nobody arrives at by browsing. That is the case for having a page at all. A station reachable only by knowing its name is a station most directories lose.

One recorded open in the public directory. That is a trace rather than a measurement, and it is the reason this page describes where the station sits rather than how popular it is.

The language field is empty for this entry. It is left empty here too rather than filled from the country, because the shelves on this site are only worth using if what is on them was actually declared.

At 64 kbps this is one of the lowest rate streams on the United States' dial, whose median is 128 kbps. It will hold a connection almost anywhere, which is the tradeoff being made.

The stream is served from stream.willstare.com:8860, which no other entry in the United States uses in this snapshot. Nothing else in the listing shares its fate: if this address stops answering it is this broadcaster's own outage, and if it plays, it plays.

The broadcaster's own site is willstare.com. A .com address says nothing about where a station is, which is why the country on this page comes from the directory's own country field rather than from the domain.
