Corazón FM 89.2

One word in the name is ordinary Spanish rather than branding: Corazón is heart. Worth a line for anyone reading a list of stations in a language they do not have.

Corazón FM 89.2 is at 244 in a listing of 487. Read the rank as a rough position rather than a standing: the click counts in the middle of a long national list are close enough together that a handful of opens moves a station several places.

With two recorded opens, Corazón FM 89.2 sits in the part of the directory where the numbers stop discriminating. The station's position in Spain's list should be read as approximate for exactly that reason.

Corazón FM 89.2 broadcasts in Spanish, which is the language most of Spain's stations in the directory use. The country's listing records six languages in total, so the Spanish stations are the body of the dial rather than the whole of it.

Nothing else in Spain's listing leads with baladas. The tag is self-declared, which makes it a statement of how the broadcaster positions itself rather than a classification anyone audited, and on this dial that statement is unique.

Its audio comes straight from stream2.emisorasmusicales.net, an address unique to this entry in Spain's listing. That is the simplest case there is, and it is the one where pressing play tells you the whole truth about whether the station is on air.
